Before entering dietetics, Stephanie spent 15 years working as an Embryologist in Assisted Reproductive Technology — supporting individuals and families through some of the most emotionally complex stages of their health journeys. This experience shaped her calm, empathetic communication style and her commitment to delivering care that honours each person’s circumstances and values.

Stephanie holds a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, and currently works across Medicare, NDIS, private practice, and aged care settings. She is particularly interested in women’s health and chronic disease management, and is dedicated to providing evidence-based support that is practical, respectful, and tailored to individual needs.

With experience working across diverse communities, Stephanie values culturally safe practice and strives to understand the personal, social, and cultural factors that influence food choices and health behaviours. She is committed to empowering clients to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and maintain independence through achievable nutrition strategies.

Stephanie visits HMWH as part of the ABC of Nutrition team. Consultations are available in person, by phone, or via Telehealth.
