Our Doctors and Nurses may send health-related reminders to support patient care. For example, if you have a cervical screening test at our clinic, you will receive a reminder for your next test when it is due (typically every 5 years).

Reminders are sent via text message to your mobile phone using a service called ‘HotDoc’.

• The message will not contain clinical information but will include a secure web link requiring you to verify your identity with a simple question. Please do not dismiss these messages as spam or opt out of receiving them.
• Upon successful verification, the details of your health reminder will be displayed.
• You will then have the option to book an appointment with your regular doctor directly from your mobile phone.
